The entire Verno Phillips-Carlos Quintana card is cancelled

I dont know what it is with Quintana and all these recent pull outs, injuries, and cancellations, but he needs to get the ball rolling with his career again. For that matter, so does Phillips. He certainly isnt getting any younger either. Whats mind boggling is how Quintana can continue to pull out of televised dates only to line another one up. I dont know what the VS network has planned for us now for September 17.
