    Breaking News!

Corley's trainer was interviewed following his controversial loss
    To Miguel Cotto.

    According to Bernard Roach:

Chopchop showed us a lot in the ring tonght. The same can not be said for his counterpart, Miguel Cotto. The precision at which my guy's knee hit the canvas was unparalleled. Im not sure if our camp is willing to give Miguel a rematch...considering the fight was so one sided in our favor.

Roach went on to say that:

going down to the canvas and shaking one's head, means you want to fight.

Something which seemed to be lost in translation in tonights fight.

They just showed the stoppage again on ESPN and he never shook his head. The ref stopped it almost immediatly as soon as he went down.

LOL, that's some funny ****. While I do think it was an early stoppage, Chop Chop has got no reason to ***** and moan about the stoppage because if he was ok and able to continue then why would he take a knee after NOT being hit by two punches? Simple imo he was looking for a way out and he got it!

Yeah, but the point is the point. Cotto was winning the first two round, but Corley landed a hard one that could have finish Cotto. So anything could happen with seven more rounds left.

Though I choose Cotto to win this fight before the fight, you can't deny that fact it was BS.

Your right i ain't denying the fight should of have been continiued. Maybe corley took a knee to recover as he saw cotto was comming on strong, and he expected a 8 count but the ref just stopped the fight.

He shook his head after the first knockdown of the round. The HBO announcers speculated that Corley thought he had been hit while he was down, though his knee wasn't down all the way yet.

                Corley deserves better.

                He did expose Cotto.
