That's the truth. Floyd wants to pick on the smaller men, Marquez and Pacquiao.
I feel he already has excuses to not fight Shane and Cotto:
-one has 5 losses, and is "not a pv attraction".
-the other one lives in Puerto Rico( he really said that) and is already damaged by Margarito.
