when someone goes down on a knee, that means "I want to fight"

and when they stand up....it means "I give up".

he also wuz shocked when he saw corley shake his head no.
he offered all his apologies but stated that corley should not of went down in a giving up manner shaking his head side to side.

Got this from someone esle, watching/recording the replay.

Thats bull **** guys. He shook his head on the knock down before that and he only did it to tell the ref that Cotto hit him while he was down. I have the fight on tape. He didnt shake his head on the last knockdown and the ref didnt ask him any questions anyway. The ref couldnt even speak english. That is bull ****. It was a illegal ref trying to make sure the hometown kid got the win

ref should of never stopped the fight... remember hes from puerto rico too... so maybe he wanted cotto to win and was lookin for smtin to stop the fight...
