You guys are funny...Cotto and Floyd get rocked by Corley

    And they have no chin?

since when did having a good chin mean you NEVER EVER get rocked in a fight?

no, going down 7 times to a feather fisted puncher is no chin...getting KOed in the first round is no chin...

getting rocked by a perfect counter, dealing with it, and going on to win is not a bad chin...

why is everyone so quick to write off a guy's chin after he gets rocked? After the Corley/Floyd fight, people said Floyd had no chin...

any other time you guys bash on a fighter for getting hit hard and not being able to regroup...as soon as someone does, they get no credit for it...

i think floyd will be exposed too, as good of a fighter as he is, he does has a suspect chin. his excellent defense overcomes this though, much like lennox lewis's

but cotto was exposed no doubt, im glad though, thats what he gets for not fighting in the proper weight division. it's always nice to predict an upset and see the upset happening, then have a ref **** it all up. this is why we love boxing.

I just want to see fighters get credit for handling adversity rather than berated with "exposed" chants...and fans wonder why fighters or promoters don't want to take risks...they know fans will write the fighter off immediately...

Floyd has eaten some good shots

I guess Foreman had a glass chin for being rocked by Holyfield or being down a few times in his career?

dont compare that to foreman's knockdowns

we're talking about the power of corely

also, foreman blew through his first 30 pro opponents, which were mostly in the US where most of the boxing skill was at the time.

he was fighting opposition like corely from day one, cotto is stepping up at 22 wins and almost got punked, if it werent for the ref stopping it I could have seen cotto getting a subdural hematoma, corely was hitting him flush, way flusher than he was hitting corely

Corley has had one TKO/KO in nearly the past four years, the guy doesn't exactly have that much power. I don't know if Cotto's chin is that weak or if it was because he was being way too overagressive. Only time will tell.

I love watching guys with insane chins but have minimal power, it always makes for a damn good bout.

honestly, in Floyd's case...I think he just got caught with the perfect counter when they were throwing a punch at the same time...

that is why fighters usually say "hey, he is a man with two fists...that always makes him dangerous"

I think Cotto was exposed because he got hit an awful lot by Chop Chop. Plus Cotto unofficially weighed in 17lbs heavier than Corley. Not to mention Corleys notorious for being a soft puncher.
