Nah. His speed will most likely take a hit, and he wasn't too fast to begin with. Less speed makes you less powerful, and even if he DOES gain power, Floyd has been in there with MUCH more powerful (as well as fast) punchers, so he'll be alright.

it wont make a difference in this fight, trust me mayweather has defence and he wont get hit effectivlly. pac man has no defence really. so he get hit alot

Dude, JMM is my favorite fighter after Floyd right now, I've seen nearly all his fights. I'm not saying his hands are Margarito-like, but his name never comes to mind when you're talking about the fastest fighters out there.

If Marquez generates more power at 144,or whatever,that will bring a whole new outlook on that fight!!I believe it's pretty much known that floyd picked Marquez as a tune-up,in which he is supposed to dominate,as scripted!!It would be really satisfying to see the smaller overmatched Marquez throw a monkey wrench into those plans!!Marquez has always been an accurate puncher,but throwing those shots & hurting floyd,makes for an interesting affair,but however far fetched!!!
