  • Best knockouts of 2009 so far?

not necessarily "knockout of the year", but what are the best fight-ending knockouts this year? at this point, i can remember:

    Marquez vs. Diaz

    Bailey vs. Figueroa

    Viloria vs. Solis

    Pacquiao vs. Hatton

    Nishioka vs. Gonzalez

    Pitalua vs. Reyes

what other fights can be added to the list?

Pacquiao vs. Hatton because of how big the fight was and how he absolutely destroyed Hatton with that punch... i mean if you look at hattons eyes right after the KO when the camera zoomed in, you could see his eyes Glazed and rolling in his head, it was scary brutal

Marquez vs Diaz is another fav of mine because it was such a battle

you don't have to pick one, i just want to know if there are any other good knockouts i haven't seen this year. but yeah, the pacquaio/hatton knockout was brutal.

        Alvarado-Clottey and Bailey-Figueroa were brutal.

Bailey-Figueroa is probably my favorite one, the Pitalua one was pretty ill also as was JMM-Diaz. Pacman will get honors as the best though (imo) and it is well deserved.

^Are you ******ed? That fight wasn't even the least bit competitive. It takes both fighters to make a fight FOTY worthy, not one.
