as much i want Juan Diaz to win i dont see him winning this one against paulie because he is much too smaller man to be fighting at 140 pounds. no offence to Juan Diaz or anything but he is already fat in 134 pound.. let alone fighing at 140 pound. paulie will have the reach advantage and i dont think diaz will have the power to knock out paulie. might win by hometown decision.

Anyone read the brief interview with Malignaggi on Ringtv.com? He says the odds are stacked against him including a Texas ref, a Texas judge, Raul Caiz, a Mexican judge, an 18 foot ring, and he has no say in any of it. He feels he needs a knockout to win. If all that is true he mad be right. On the other hand he may need a knockout anyway. Hoping for Cotto Malignaggi 2. Diaz by unanimous decission.

I'm not that excited about this card.
              Should be pretty entertaining.

I'd ****ing love it if Paulie just came out of the blocks looking for an early KO. Would be hilarious. Though he might actually need to.

All of that IS true, including making Paulie come down to a catch weight of 138.5 lbs.

Also, best fight on off-tv undercard is:
Mickey Bey, Jr. vs. Rashad Ganaway
Charlo vs. Gasparyan looks good on paper, but could be bad style mismatch with Charlo jabbing and circling while the Armenian chases.
