My respect just grew a little more for Oscar...fought his heart out, outboxed Mosley clearly and Mosley(currently one of my faves) was on steroids ans still could not K.O Oscar...

After the fight Shane walked up to Oscar and said hey I think we got us a draw...then came the robbery, even Larry Merchant and George Foreman said "Terrible! Absolutely Terrible" Then Merchant said "say it louder George" and Foreman said it again in a disgusted voice.

Just like DLH/Vargas. Used steroids and still could not get rid of Oscar. Fights like these remind me just how great Oscar was, I knocked him after the Pacman fight but no matter what appens he already put his work in, back in his prime, even up to his last fight fighting P4P champs.

Yup,I remember that Foreman was very adamant about the robbery,because he said,there should be a thrilogy because they have 1 win apiece!!DLH won that fight,he even knocked out Mosley's mouthpiece & they still give Mosley that round!!How can u give a round to a fighter in an even round when DLH beat the mouthpiece out of him!!

I had DLH winning, but it wasn't some huge Escalera-Everett type robbery. It was a close fight, there was a reason that only 8 of the 28 boxing writers polled ringside scored for DLH.

That being said, Mosley was on EPO and steroids, so I consider it to basically be like a no-contest anyway.

so very true my ******, roy jones and de la hoya are living proof of how people forget how great fighters were in they prime, both these boys sho was sumthin special! i could honesty say oscar was da only meskin our people really respected he had somethin bout him that always brought in attention to his fights even if you hated him you watched his fights!

Mayorga tested positive for dieuretics. I don't remember him testing positive for steroids, but certain dieuretics can mask steroid use.
