Honestly, it's incredible. How is someone that fast at age 40? He shows good stamina too. It's very impressive. He's such a gifted athlete.

All I can say is that despite Lacy's status in boxing (both before and after this fight), I thoroughly enjoyed Jones' performance in that ring. Really made me smile. Just one of those feel-good fights, y'know?

He's that fast at 40 because he was born fast....it's that simple. Roy Jones is a special athlete and nothing has changed. If he thinks, or anyone else thinks he is as fast as he was when he was younger, they are fooling themselves.

He is fast now but back in the day he was lightning....

RJ has lost his legs but not his handspeed. Even in his losses it was still there when he opted to use it.

Plus he knew he had to put on a good show just for us against Lacy.

Nah. He just looked superfast compared to Lacy. Adrian Peterson will look like a slug if he is running next to Usain Bolt.

Roy looked slow next to CalSlappy.

Roy is just a superior physical specimen, so his later years will be better than the average person's prime.
