I believe it's what Mayweather Jr. wants.Personally,I love the ****y act and all the arrogance.I agree with Ravishing when he said "Bad publicity is good publicity". Mayweather being in the news so often make him more known,I believe it's the same with Usain Bolt.Obviously,Bolt is recognized for his skills but he has such a playful image it gets him in the media so much that he gets extra deals,endorsements etc.Mayweather seems like he plays mind games too,making himself feel superior to the other athlete he's fighting.
