I think it's obvious that nobody knows what happened, but im sure if the commission thought that the wraps were really that serious then they would have used the opporunity to make an example of him. I don't think it's fair to say Margarito took "everything cotto had", Cotto had to back off because the punches were doing so much damage (allbeit with or without wraps).
