In the 90's when both were prime King tried to make the match up, however Capcom was with Arum then and thus when Bob demanded a 70-30 split in Rog's favor,Tyson declined. Arum still claims Tyson was greedy and ducked them.

Balrog was originally named Bison. To avoid lawsuit from Mike Tyson, they changed his named to Balrog, which was the original name of Vega and Vega was the original name of Bison.

I'm not sure how Tyson would be able to handle Balrog's fly across the ring uppercuts and straights, Tyson would have to do his best to keep it close and eliminate those punches. Balrog also has a tendency to head butt A LOT, which would drive Tyson to biting.

I would need to see if Tyson's uppercut is as strong as Ryu's Shoryuken, and if so three of those would put Balrog down for the count.

If Tyson uppercut=Ryu shoryuken, Tyson by first or second round destruction.

Otherwise Balrog wins by DQ after one of his multiple headbutt moves causes Tyson to try and rip his jugular out like an attack dog.

Assuming the fight took place in a Streetfighter tournament, this would be a legitimate reaction on Tyson's part.
