yeah im backing kessler as well, but for me AA is the dark horse
im not too worried about AA's workrate, i realize that his inactivity is the main criticsm but at MW he had to cut an obscene amount of weight leaving him fatigued and lethargic in the ring. you could see how he would steal rounds in the last thirty seconds.
imo he looked great in the rematch with miranda at 166. 168 is the right weight for him and i expect him to be much more active and that makes him a very dangerous proposition for anyone in the division.
imo he is the strongest guy in the division, is heavy handed, has a great chin but with his defense doesn't get caught with too many punches, he can grind out a W when he needs to but hes also very patient in the ring.
imo though AA's defense is his weakness - good lateral movement and fast hands can be successful against the ear-muff defence (as demonstrated by pwill vs winky and cotto vs clottey rnds 11-12). for that reason i see kess, dirrell and ward having some success against him.
