what's ****** is people like you that doesn't realize that starting in september is still a 7-8 week camp.

which is the norm for pacquiao.

dumb people in this forum talking about things they don't know anything about.

That seems pretty late. He better not be looking past Cotto cause that could end up being a very bad mistake.

Quite a number of people here exercise a lot and they know about fitness.8 weeks is pretty cool because Pacquioa always does that.6-7 weeks isnt advisable especially at his level.A few things can throw you off and it always show in the ring. It's one thing to be fit but being fight fit is something else.A few points off your peak will get you knocked out by a bum. There are very few degrees which separate these guys and you mess up you lose

Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson both got knocked out because they were not at their best.Too many extra curricular activities

                the article says mid-september.

                that's 8 weeks.

besides pacquiao walks around 150. he doesn't need to lose much weight unlike most guys that fight at 147.

It's not just about the weight, speed, accuracy, defence, coodination, power training and sparring.A slight adjustment in your response means you getting hit before you hit or not getting out of shots in time.
The topic says late September, then he rephrases saying mid September. That's why I said 8 weeks is ok but anything less would be suicidal.Only journey men can fight at short notice because they are match fit everyday.

Let Pacquiao look past Cotto. Every boxer that gets to the top starts to believe their own hype and that is always the begining of the end for over hype fighters like Pacquiao.

Cotto will beat Pacquiao by KO!
you've finally stop holding cotto's balls thats why he immediately dropped 3 lbs

Did Pac train 8 weeks (2 months) for his last fight?

I remember Hatton saying he trained 3 months for Pac on 24/7.
