Who would win a James Toney vs. RJJ Rematch

Boxing has been my favorite sport ever since i was a kid. (I'm 27 now) James Toney has always been one of my favorite fighters. (He won that first Sam Peter fight damnit) I also like RJJ for his...well...****fighting...why else?!

So if Toney ever got or gets the rematch he wanted, who do you think would take it? Would RJJ's speed and ****fighting be too much for Toney again, or could Toney do his sleek defensive measures and land those counter shots?

I think Toney is more shot than Jones honestly and Jones' unorthodox style would always give him trouble, Toney's size could help him though, he's used to fighting in the 220s to 230s. Jones is still pretty much a light heavyweight.
