Why do fighters always get hurt when Lederman starts talking?

    Have you all noticed this?

Here's one: Pacquiao vs Marquez II, Round 10. Harold starts talking... "Jim I tell ya!"... and BOOM, Marquez gets caught with an overhand left similar to the one that left Hatton unconscious.

There have been a lot more, I just can't recall them right now. I think it's gonna be a VHS Boxing weekend...

    Forward to 5:25...

Yeah,I noticed that too.Every freaking time.

For instance today I watched Whitaker-Pestriaev and just when Lederman gies his score for the first 3 Pestriaev hits Whitaker with a good fast combo almost putting him down.

Harold is loud, maybe he disrupts the concentration when he starts shouting, lol.

Or maybe he scares the fighters causing them to inadvertently throw a punch with super human strength???

It's boxing. But Harold has been interrupted by action in the ring a lot. I guess maybe when they go to Harold, we should brace ourselves for action.
If this is a proven theory, they should let Harold talk a bit more. I can't stand Stewie with his southern accent and his slow monotone voice that's for sure.

lol, maybe its just coincidence, but youre right, big punches always land when he talks.

maybe its becasue they can hear him, and one of the fighters tries to listen to what the scorecards might look like, and they get popped when theyre not concentrating.
