Body mass will most likely affect something like this, and Cotto is heavier. Manny doesn't have a weapon-shaped head like Joshua either. Not that it actually matters unless its serious.

I think Cotto will cut first. Only because he has more scar tissue on his face. Makes it alot easier to cut. I dont see a headbutt happening though, not one that will cause a cut at least.

There are many other intangibles that come into play in a professional prize fight. In boxing, when cuts are caused by headbutts, the size of the fighter has almost no significance.
