but Tua was still a teenager, and was probably only 18 since he was born in November, unless that matchup happened in December of 91.

so I still dont really think its fair to count that KO against him. Im sure Wladimir was beaten by guys in the amateurs too, probably guys worse than Selix Savon.
Wladimir was never KOed in the amateurs, although he lost a couple of fights at age 18-19 to older fighters.

Chagaev, who was schooled and stopped by Wladimir this year, defeated Savon when he was exactly the same age as Tua was when Savon KOed him.

Yet you give no credit to Chagaev or Wladimir, and make excuses for the guy who was KOed.

Vasyl Lomachenko, who won the award for the most outstanding boxer in the 2008 Olympics, was close to the same age as Tua was when Savon KOed him.

        for me 1996-1998.

from when he beat john ruiz to when he beat hasim rahman.

during this time he weighed 220-225 lbs.

after rahman he started blowing up to 240-250 lbs.

        20-25 lbs. more is a lot for a 5 foot 10 heavyweight.

this version of Wlad would probably outbox him. He might get tagged but I think he can pull it out like how he beat Peters
