Buchanon beat a lot of American fighters, and going way back- so did Bob Fitsminonz, so did Jimmy Wilde and dont forget Randolf Turpin beat the best p4p fighter of all time.

Mexico has a way bigger population then Puerto Rico, now Puerto Rico has some advatanges that come from being more or less part of the US. Mexico City by itself has like 7 times as many people as the whole island of Puerto Rico.

there are 100 million more people in mexico than puerto rico and mexico is also much larger in size. next time you post like you know what your talking about do some research
