It was a close fight,but Oscar dominated Quartey eventually & almost slept the man,Q had balls though,out on his feet firing back,amazing!!!

DLH won that fight. He needed the 12th, did that and then some.

I had it a draw to be honest but wasn't upset with the Oscar win. I thought Oscar had to pull out a ko or at least drop him to be in that fight and he did just that.

People call Oscar a sissy and a punk all the time but in reality the dude had some heart. He took a lot of shots, the jab was in his face all night and still held on and went toe to toe with Quartey.

How Quartey stood up to that barrage is still beyond me....Oscar was missing KO shots by a hair if you look closely.

This indeed is a classic...Oscar won IMO it was close, but Oscar tore Ike up in that round, it would have been a robbery if Quartey won after the way Oscar dominated in that 12 round that he needed. A draw would have been the worst case scenario, but Oscar did the impossible in the 12th...thanks for the memories Oscar! Defeating a prime, undefeated Ike Bazooka Quartey

That was a great fight, Oscar was the first to defeat Quartey, Oscar showed he had heart by being 1 or 2 points behind and stealing the show with the knock down and then almost getting the tko victory, if only he would of had a little more gas in the tank, bye bye Ikey.
