Plasterito's pads wouldn't have been so effective, however he is a big guy and takes a great shot. I say Margarito by 11 round stoppage.

That is a bugged out concept.. I never heard of both fighters cheating against each other in the same bout..

I heard Resto was a monster in the amatuers, won the golden gloves in New York like 3 years in a row. My dad remembers him back then. But in the pros he was a journeyman.

Wasn't Panama Lewis considered one of the best trainers around in the 70-80s and after Resto went under his wing, he got a revival or sorts? Maybe that tips the scales.

IDK, Margarito comes on strong in the later half. If he survives the first 7-9 rounds, then after the plaster hardens and his punches becomes stronger, I see him taking it late. Hmm, kinda like the Cotto fight.

I just can't get over the fact that I go to the Morris Park gym and that Resto trained me at one point.

He seems like a decent guy, hard to imagine that he could be a part of this sorta thing.
