I always preferred "There is no easy way out" over "Eye of the Tiger". I cannot remember what Rocky movie it was from though.

When training I listen to some sinatra, buble, manilow,
when sparring I prefer classical Bach, Choppin, it helps me focus more and I see things in a different way
