You guys have to understand the situation. 1st of all he's not talkin smack because he respects JMM. Floyd is a purist so he loves JMM. I bet he probably loves JMM more than any figher in boxing because he's a highly skilled, techniqal master. Floyd always rips guys who just brawl or are sloppy. 2nd, his dad is in his camp some now and he's telling Floyd thats not the way to go. 3rd, I think after his layoff he is a little different now. He's older & wiser. 4th, and most importantly, JMM is different then every other guy Floyd has faced or thinks about facing. Think about all the guys Floyd has fought and think about the guys who he might fight. They all rip him. They all talk smack to him. Now think about JMM. I havent heard him say 1 bad thing. It looks dumb if Floyd trashes him when JMM has been so respectful. Its just like if Floyd fought Tszyu. They both had a ton of respect for eachother and would never trash the other.

Now with all that being said, 24/7 hasnt started yet. You have to realize that. I bet you anything that when 24/7 starts, Floyd will talk trash non stop but the difference is that it wont be about JMM. It will just be him boosting himself up and ripping other guys like Pac. Trust me, Floyd can talk great trash while just be talking about himself the whole time. He'll tell everyone on 24/7 that he's the best and cant no one beat him. Infact, he'll probably be praising JMM alot and telling everyone how he's the #1 guy out there now and really beat the great Pacquaio twice. He'll also be ripping the boxign industry and talk about how they hype all these other guys up and then they lose but they dont give him the respect he is due. I dont know so much look at Hatton he was not into it either telling everybody it dont affect him , but cracked in the end .

I think Floyd has matured and seems more at ease with who he is and this is the reason of his new demeanor , everybody grows up sooner or later .
