Why does he keep KOing all of these guys and have to keep getting new sparring partners. I hear this more about this guy then any other fighter "if" it's even true. I dont care how good someone is, if you are KOing all of your sparring partners then you have bums for partners and need to get some new one's because this is the key question. Dougie Fischer from Max Boxing.com said that he watche both Pac and Valero spar in the gym against the same guys and there were guys that Pac dominated but couldnt seriously hurt but Valero was KOing those same guys. So why dont they just get some bigger guys who he cant really hurt or some better guys his size. Zoo and Mayorga sparred with guys like Chop. Why cant Pac get some good fighter to spar with him? All of this **** is hype. I was dissapointed in Pac against Marquez and I think Morlaes will KO him

yeah i believe that to it's all hype ofcourse they can find sparring partners if not from his weight pick some guys from a highter weight division. i mean it's bull**** if he was blowing everybody out, and to hospitals etc. than why did manuel marquez got a draw, i mean it was basiclly the first round pacquiao before he got a boxing lesson form marquez. don't get me wrong pacquiao is a great fighter and still improving but those gym stories are getting oldOriginally posted by DLT -

Anyweyz, Freddie roach has been saying that its hard to find good sparring mates these days. They're bringing in Orlando Salido and Nedal Hussein as sparrng mates. They should be more durable although we just never know
Bottom line guys, no one's putting a gun to yer heads to believe these stories. They can be myths or they can be true but honetsly who gives a ****. What counts is March 19 and we'll see if them stories are f'real.Last edited by m00ks; 02-25-2005, 03:25 PM.Comment

OK,
First off, Pac injured himself and got a little over confident when he lost to Marquez. A rematch would be different.
Second, if Pac is sparring guys wearing helmets and hitting them with huge shots and bodys shots he is going to knockout guys whether they are 130 or 160.
Third, guys will take more punishment in a pro fight then they will in a sparring match, so they get their bell rung a little bit and they no longer want to fight Pac anymore.
The purpose of sparring is to get timing and work on form. If you are throwing as hard as you can, you should be hitting a heavy bag.
Do you really think that Barerra and the rest of the lightweights can get all the sparring partners they need, but Pac is so good that nobody wants to spar with him anymore?Comment

Regardless of what you think about Fischer that still doenst dispell what he saw with his own eyes.
