How they train for boxing? Or if they practice some other similar form of combat? I remember this guy at my gym was in the states for a month studying abroad and he trained at my gym for that time. Im not sure but either he trained for a different combat than boxing or they train differently in his country. I dont know but there was something about him, he just moved differently, had a complete different style. My trainer was telling me that he hardly did anything wrong when it came to fundamentals, his stance, movement, etc. And before he would start training he would sit in the middle of the ring and do butterfly stretches or something that looked like that. He even wore shoes and headgear that looked similar to boxing gear, but I still couldnt assure you they were. Any how, I saw him spar one day, completely annihilated the other guy(slick, good boxer) and made it looks easy, like he wasnt even trying.
Any one know any thing on fighters from Kazakhstan?

His last 3 fights are all recorded. That's all I've seen of him, maybe there is more tape on him.
But he was pretty slick with Byron Mitchell altough he used more physical mauling with Montell Griffin and Epifanio Mendoza.
Gennady Golovkin is another kazakh fighter I like a lot.Tremendous body puncher.Comment

Kazakhs are good amateurs. Although recently there was a scandal at the fire and policemans games, the Kazakhs entered fighters who had had many fights in the novice (under 5 fights) division. It was obvious to everyone how experienced they were and they got in lots of trouble.Comment
