    An Intriguing Concept...

Manny Pacquiao, in his first defense of the featherweight crown, took on Juan Manuel Marquez. Antonio Tarver and Glen Johnson both gave up their alphabelts in exchange for an opportunity to fight one another. Kostya Tszyu fought Sharmba Mitchell instead of moving up to welterweight. Instead of a 3rd fight with De La Hoya, Shane Mosley took on Winky Wright for unification. What an interesting idea, wouldn't you say? Fighting the fights that people actually want to see. Why didn't we think of that before? While Vitali Klitschko prepares to do a "Kirk Johnson" to Danny Williams, why not have a rematch with Chris Byrd? Instead of looking to fight nobodies, why don't Tyson and Tua get out of debt by fighting each other? If Gatti really wants the respect he feels he deserves, why not take on Mayweather? If he loses, he's still very marketable and gets alot more respect than beating up an aging James Leija. What do you think?
