is Mike Perez a really good heavyweight prospect?

My mate said that he watched a few fights of Cuban Mike Perez and he thought that he was a really good heavyweight prospect. I beleve he is fighting out of Ireland for some reason. I cant get onto youtube at the moment so can anyone give me the low down on him? what sort of style does he have?

the guy has big power man,he has fast hands aswell and hes southpaw so he could be a force if hes guided right

Thanks lol i cant get on youtube at the moment but will have a look latter. I think i remember seeing him a while back but my memory is ****, He seems to have a good record looking at boxrec he has only 8 fights but already faced 3 experienced fighters.

Apparently Perez has been out with an injury for the last few months but will be back in October and then is hopping to fight Tyson Fury.
