Cotto was supposed to fight Paul before Quintana. Instead he took on and lost to Margarito. De La Hoya was just retired by a "blown up" featherweight, ducked Winky Wright and lost to Mosley twice. Not to mention running from Trindad for 4 rounds and losing, and being shown up by a high, past his prime Whitaker. Throw in a gift vs Sturm, plus taking a dive against Hopkins. And pictures in fishnets, bent over like a woman? You lose buzzard.

Whitaker is one of my all time favorites, but he was far from a top fighter when he fought De La Hoya and he embarrassed him. De La Hoya did beat Trinidad, but his own ******ity and lack of heart cost him. I thought he beat Mosley the 2nd time, but Mosley will not even get in a ring with Williams. DLH ducked Forrest, lost to Sturm, took a dive against Hopkins, and clearly ducked Margarito. Most Mexicans hate DLH, and it's not just because he cherry picked a washed up Chavez. Williams lost a close decision and avenged it with a brutal 1st round KO. Don't forget he's still green and had no amateur career to speak of. Every WW ducked him despite record paydays and now he's fighting the best MW in the world. Give him his props and stop being a hater. DLH said Paul is one of his favorite fighters to watch and him and Schaefer said they think he's a beast. Enough said.
