I doubt Manny has anything to say about who he fights. Roach, Arum and Gacal have the last word - on who, at what weight and for what title. Pacquiao just fights anybody placed in front of him.

I truly believe that Pac would have fought Cotto at 147 if Roach, Arum or Gacal didn't have a say.

i know its a figure of speech, how do u train some1 not 2 get hit? theres never been a fight where some1 hasnt been hit. jones did it for a round is that what roach means. plain and simple pac is light speed but he will get hit a lot and how will he handle that. nov 14 we will find out.
