This really is a tough one. Not really much to judge Williams' credibility with(wins over Quintana, Marg, and Wright). Vargas by close UD. Williams' defense isn't that great and i believe Vargas will find a home for that right hand all night long.

Vargas' resume isn't that great. The minute he stepped it up he got his ass whopped.

What about Quartey, Campas, Marquez, Wright? He didn't destroy them all, but he won convincingly, especially against the first 3.
