as good as bowe was on the inside in his prime, prime tyson with rooney in the corner gets a late round stoppage...

I am going to take Rid**** Bowe at his best. I have long said, that even though a very short period of time, Bowe at his best has been the best all around heavyweight since Ali. Bowe could beat you inside or outside, had a great chin, quick hands and a lot of crack. Bowe could have sustained the first 6 rounds of a rushing Tyson and eventually put it on him in the 2nd half of a fight. I believe Bowe would have KO'd Mike somewhere between the 8th and 10th.

Laziness did Bowe in. Nothing else. I just wish we could have watched him at the top of his game longer because we would remember him as one of the greats. There are titlist who would have never sniffed belts had Bowe stayed on top of his game.
