This fight isn't even main event material because aside from belt on the line theres nothing more to offer the fans it's definitely a mismatch the quality of Donaire's opponent isn't even the least interesting. This fight should just have been an undercard to Pacquiao vs Cotto showdown which would do more good to Donaire than be on a main event card that wouldn't interest non hardcore boxing fans.

I have to agree with this post. If Gary THE FAT BASTARD Shaw wasn't such a ***** and let DARCHINIYAN have a rematch with DONAIRE so he can knock his overrated ass again. It would have been a better match.

can you blame the guy...for being that good. and can only get better. No one else is stepping up and Gary Shaw knows that his boy DARCHINIYAN will get owned again by DONAIRE. Montiel had a chance to fight Donaire early this year, but he chickened out, saying he can't make the weight anymore. Donaire will catch up with Montiel and will beat him too, that I can guarantee. He will also beat Arce and Mijares. I don't hear this guys calling Donaire out.

I believe that Nonito Donaire is an overated boxer much like Floyd Mayweather. He drops his left shoulder like some pretentious seasoned fighter when he's not.

Please take note that Donaire was that Filipino lousy boxer who scored that rematch between Pacquiao and Marquez with him giving the fight to Marquez with a 144-143 score. Also, don't forget that Rachel Marcial(Donaire's better half) was a FHM model who posed in nude who caused Nonito to denounce his father and eventually left him for good.

Nonito Donaire is an anti-Pacquiao while his trumpet, Dennis Guillermo is a cheap pimp who stated that, "Manny has to man up" and fight Cotto at 147. These two duo are the real 'crabs' who despises Pacquiao's rise to success and fame. They can't just wait for Pacquiao to retire and take over and instead is trying to steal the limelight from Manny Pacquiao.

I'd rather watch paint dry than watch this boring fight. Of course Donaire will win because his opponent is an unknown midget!
