If he ever fights real welters at 147, I think Shane and PBF could beat Manny. The Hatton annihilation was incredible, but Hatton was an overhyped fighter who is not in the class of Shane or PBF. Shane has the will, the skill, punching power and chin to beat Manny, while Floyd has the patience and boxing smarts to easily outpoint Manny.
