Can a guy like Eddie Chambers draw more crowds in Europe?

A lot of the biggest heavyweight fights are now happening in Europe. I think the last big heavyweight fight on American soil was Wlad in LA or something, can't remember.

Can Eddie Chambers make more money or even draw bigger crowds and gain more fans fighting in Europe?

If he fights in Europe and beats some guys there, he will. Europe is very acceptable of foreigners now.
