Mayweather is very ordinary to look at. I think there's a character in either a book or a movie nicknamed "Fast" Eddie.

"Like Pretty Boy" Floyd-the 1930's bank holdup man.

Arreola is underrated on these boards, but there's no way he's beating Chambers.

this is bull**** povetkin beat chambers in a IBF eliminator and has been the mandatory for over a year now and is now being forced to wait even longer? whats the point of having an eliminator tourney if the guy who wins doesnt get the shot that he deserves :gay:

Povetkin already had his chance, and pulled out, which is why Wlad had to fight Rahman.

I don't think his handlers felt he was ready at the time, and there might have been an injury as well, but should be by early next year.

I could see Chambers at least making an interesting fight of it, if he trains his ass off. He has the kind of defense to hang around, and the kind of handspeed to fire back every once in a while.

The only question in this fight to me is: will Eddie survive or not...

                  P.S. 10K on Wladimir... Anybody?

Yeah but the height and reach disadvantage will be a problem for Chambers, it will be hard to counter Wladimir. He's going to have to fight differently against Wladimir then he against Dimitrenko. I think that's his only way of winning.

I was never impressed with Chambers before i always thought he was lazy and over weight, But i was really impressed with the improvements he made in his last fight he was moving the upper body really well firing of good combos and had fairly decent footwork he also looked much more aggressive than before it was like he had a totally different attitude in there. I think if Chambers can come in similar or maybe even better shape he could give Wlad problems especially with his upper body movement. I am really interested in this fight.
