Now thats a really nice warm-up bouts to the main event its quite hard to believe but if golden boy promotions is doing this to compete with Dana White's UFC matchups then its good for the boxing fans.

This part is 100% correct. There's never anything wrong with competition, so long as both sides strive to outdo each other, rather than compete to see who can **** over the fans the hardest.

What I don't get (and this part isn't directed at you, more so in general) is why people question the motivation. Who gives a **** WHY they feel compelled to put on a good undercard, just so long as we're finally getting a good top-to-bottom PPV card for a change.
