He punched pretty hard but quite a few world class guys took his punches and finished him.

Taylor has a decent chin where as Eubank had an iron!! chin which is prolly why Eubank still won fights that he was dog tired in.
jermain taylor because of above reason

Eubank probably drained himself to make the weight. He coasted in a lot of fights and received many close decisions.

Got to admit I usually turn off the sound watching boxing so wouldn't have caught those comments.
Eubank was economical and only did enough i'll admit that but I never saw any stamina problems.
De La Hoya seemed to fade against Trinidad and Moseley quite badly to me.

Fair play. I dont think he had poor stamina problem per say, but he did get tired in his fights and i think that was due to lack of conditioning and small stamina issue. I thought it would be a bit provocative to match him with Taylor though

Again all muderously hard fights, he was almost certainly weight drained against Calzaghe, Thompson was a cruiser who Eubank put up a pretty good show against considering the size difference. Watson 1 i'd have to watch again, according to memory Watson should have got the verdict but the specific fight has blurred into 1 and 2!

Always worth throwing these names up to spark a good debate Taylor was a good one just think Eubank was a reach IMO

They were hard fights because those fighters knew that Eubank's stamina was not the best and they could expose it making him work.

He liked to fight at his own pace and he was effective if you let him, its not a coincidence that he lost to most of those guys or had a dubious decision against one of them.
