You're going overboard with the dead woman walking comment. You're overestimating Gatti's family, friends, and fans thirst for blood. Gatti's family will exhaust their legal resources and unless there's a confession she'll stay free, that's about it.

The best thing we can hope for is that the autopsy rules it a homicide and she doesn't get access to Gatti's estate. Other than that, it's looking like she's gonna get away with murder unfortunately.
She might if the case is re-opened.
If the 2nd-autopsy/toxicology reports come back and show foul-play, the Canadian authorities may pass that information onto the Brazilian Federal Police (not the Civil Police who originally dealt with this) who could pick this up.

If she paid someone else, and that email to Gatti's stockbroker does exist, then someone, somewhere down the line will blab - cos I still don't believe she did it on her own.

If it is murder, then what happened was hardly an 'opportunists' job - sounds like it would've been carefully planned a few weeks before they went to Brazil.

She's not as dumb as people thought, is she?

Even if she didn't kill him she still had something to do with it.

It's ****in obvious something doesn't add up.

The pre-nup and susbsequent freezing of the will is the best-case scenario, cos unless the 2nd autopsy/toxicology report comes up with anything really concrete and is linked in to this supposed email she sent requesting $450,000 the day before he was dead...she won't be charged and the case will remain closed.

Dude she won't be charged most likely anyway since the case is closed.

The truth however might be found out to a certain degree.

Lol at her saying she ain't in it for the money.

If the Canadians find something really amiss, i.e., the other wounds on Gatti's body, the email she sent and the computer that was sent down to Brazil for examination together, they could get Brazilian Feds to re-open the case.

Yeah, but that is a reach somehow. Those wounds might be from when those dudes threw stones at him in the street. But Baden did say they were under the skin so that is fishy.

Will be interesting to see how this folds.

That could be caused by a person being punched, hit with a bat or piece of wood.
It all depends where these contusions are on Gatti's body.

                  WTF would she want $450,000?
HTF does she answer that if it's true?

                    Hitman money?

You know at first I thought it was all spontanious, that she got mad because they had a fight and killed him but now I think this was all premeditated.

Yeah, I guess that why she's so adament in her "It wasn't me who killed him" statements to the press.

She doesn't looked fazed or bothered because she knows it wasn't actually her.
