The pre-nup and susbsequent freezing of the will is the best-case scenario, cos unless the 2nd autopsy/toxicology report comes up with anything really concrete and is linked in to this supposed email she sent requesting $450,000 the day before he was dead...she won't be charged and the case will remain closed.
