I know I am in the minority here, but Mesi needs to fight to prove he is what he said he was going to be, a champion.

If he was injured, and the injury healed, he should continue to fight and work towards a championship.

There are other fighters that had bad injuries and came back. MAB has a metal plate in his head, and I think that Vinny Paz came back to fight RJJ for the title after breaking his neck.

Mesi will be back, and will be a solid contender. Whether he can beat the champions remains to be seen, but he should do everything in hi spower to get the chance.

brain damage isnt something u can come back from unless its minor even then still risky. a neck heals and jesus a metal plate in yr head should give u an edge
