Timothy Bradley Ready To Face Amir Khan on UK Soil

Any time. Any Place. A few days ago, Frank Warren mentioned the idea of Amir Khan (21-1, 15KOs) facing Timothy Bradley (25-0, 12KOs) in a junior welterweight unification bout. No sooner than the story went to print, promoter Gary Shaw contacted BoxingScene.com and said his fighter was willing to make the trip to England to unify with Khan. [details]

The doubleheader with Bradley vs Peterson and Khan vs Salita sounds tempting but Freddie Roach said he will be pushing for Khan to fight Salita on the Pac - Cotto undercard . If that falls through then the Bradley card would be a good choice for Khans US debut and could build up a future Bradley Khan fight.

Khan has shown a lot of improvement under freddie roach. With that said he will get KTFO if he fights Bradley. Horrible move if they actually take the fight. RIP Khan.

They should do it like Top Rank did with Margarito-Cotto, as Vester points out. Doubleheader on the same card with each fighter fulfilling mandatories, then unifying....

That's why I like Bradley a lot. He's willing to fight any one at any time.

ya that would be a great idea hopefully khan doesnt get on that card then instead of being on the undercard he could be the main event which would also help get his name goin in the US if he can get past Salita that is and bradley would IMO take care of khan pretty easily but i would still like to see this go down
