I wouldn't say Paulie was lightening fast nor did Cotto have anything to fear of Paulie power wise. Judah was fast no doubt, but not consistant or have a gameplan. Manny is one of the few fighters that comes in with a gameplan and executes it to the T without deriving from it much. Nor is he a mental **** up like Judah is. I think Mosley is the most credible on your little list, and Mosley started out slow and then when he picked it up in the last quarter of the fight, he was winning rounds and looked like turning the fight around. Manny will stay consistant fighting every minute of every round, lightening fast in the early rounds, deceivingly fast in the later rounds and doesn't fade. We'll know whose in control after the first 3 rounds.

I think so Delahoya is better but was probably equal at the time they fought and Hatton is like Cotto. 140 pound fighter that moved up. Overrated, not that good. I think Mosley just had an off night when he fought Cotto. He was old after all.
