Jones vs Silva? Can any1 clear this up?

Is Roy Jones fighting that mma guy Silva? If so what does that prove?
I heard from the **** MMA fans that Silva is supposed to be this legendary fighter, while Roy Jones is washed up and got his ass handed to him by Calzaghe and looked like **** against a bum on his last tune up.

If this is a boxing vs mma they should have picked chad dawson or someone young vs the top young mma guy.
