How Good Is Isiah Thomas?

I read about Isiah Thomas a couple of years ago. I heard Emanuel Steward say he 'would be the next big thing'. I sort of forgot about him because I hadn't heard much about him recently but I checked him on Boxrec and it says he's stopped all 4 of his opponents since turning pro at Light Heavyweight! Anyone seen him since he turned pro?
