    GOOD READ........Google Translation

'With the mouth is a mamey', say many, and with the same law could exclaim Puerto Rican world champion Miguel Cotto.

Is that throughout his career of eight years in professional boxing, but specifically in the second part of this period, the holder Welter has had to confront opponents of a higher profile, as expected, and that has brought much pain.

One example suffices to note the conditions in which the end of the battle was before the Mexican Antonio Margarito, which has hitherto been the only setback in the career of the boxer cagüeño which debuted in 2001 after joining the national squad in Port Rico who participated in the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia.

However, only a few blows that have more meaning as the Cotto recalled in an interview type panel with El Nuevo Dia, not because they are few in his career, but it still seems to be when he recalls.

"One of them was Randall Bailey ... Randall Bailey in the second assault gave me a straight right that I felt that I showed these two teeth, "said Cotto pointing their front teeth.

Cotto took the victory in that fight to join a technical knockout in the sixth assault, which was his first defense holder after winning his first world championship, the 140 pounds of the OMB, in six rounds noqueando Brazilian Kelson Pinto in September 2004.

"The Indus Quintana (Carlos), it gave me an 'upper cut' from left to the stomach, that unconsciously, I did not want to make noise ... but unwittingly broke a ¡ummmmmmm me, "recounted his rise to recalling 147 pounds and fight for the vacant title Welter of AMB to his compatriot in December 2006 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

"That was that he thought it was a fight ... I got the split and he spoke to us gave me the straight left. Here comes the hook, "he said recalling how the neutralized mocano with a left hook to the side, to overturn the first of two times in the fifth assault.

Also, DeMarcus Corley and Ricardo Colombian 'Mochuelo' Torres is in his memory, and not having had a very pleasant meeting with them.

Corley, who was faced immediately after the fight with Bailey, who was really in bad shape to put Cotto for the first time in his career, making an even bend their knees and having to survive the assault.

With Torres, it was simply an epic battle that at times suggested that the Puerto Rican would suffer his first defeat in just his fourth defense of the Junior Welter Title in September 2005. In this fight both fighters went to the canvas, but in the end, the courage of Cotto and eventually won in seven rounds to Colombia.

"There have been many (strong shock) ... and still counting, "he laughs.

I remember the Bailey fight..Bailey can CRACK!..which leads me to laugh at all those CLOWNS claiming he has an "iffy" chin!..LMAO!..

Bailey would KO 95% of the 140lbs fighters and hit Cotto as FLUSH as it could get and Cotto didn't even wobble!..

Cotto's chin is Ok, it isn't great though. He gets stunned in most of his fights.

I agree..it's OK..his balance is amazing tho..it takes a lot to put this man down..as far as the only times he's been down was against Torres, who actually had him hurt, but he pulled him down, and Margarito, who we all know took 2 voluntary knees..

But he's been hit FLUSH by dudes that can CRACK!..Torres, Mosley, Judah, Bailey, Margarito(?), etc..

So I think he deserves to be considered to have atleast an "OK" chin rather then the ones I've heard around here like, Suspect, Glass, Iffy, etc!..

How so? Because I said Cotto's chin is ok, but that he gets stunned quite a bit? What, do you think Cotto's chin is comparable to that of an Andrate's or a Mosley's? The only think that is limited here is your knowledge, so I suggest you expand your horizons and mind your own business.
