Since it's such a ******, flawed sport that you just want to be rounded in everything yet, master nothing I think I've discovered why people like it. Look at the crowd, all white, they are just idolizing their non skilled heros. I like football so I go out and play football, so due to the MMA lack of skills I should be a pro in the NFL. Some may disagree but, Boxing is a sport for everyone, kids included. Can you seriously see a 6 year old kid watching this disgusting "sport". I just cant understand what everyone sees in this. Boxing is for the masses MMA isnt.

You guys are haters. IMO, a good fight is a good fight. Yes, boxing is by far my favorite sport and stands much higher on my list than does MMA, but I will definitely watch almost all of the UFC PPV's (if there isn't at at least a decent boxing match on). I think it's a pretty cool sport.

I don't think they have anywhere near the boxing skills that a boxer would have, and that makes sense because they have to learn so much other **** too.

I also tried some MMA drills at my boxing gym once. There is a guy who would train MMA style over there. It was fun, not nearly as tiring or fun as boxing though, but that is my personal opinion.

I think a lot of the guys in that sport have some skill. If you don't think so, do yourself a favor and watch Silva Vs. Forrest (UFC 101 last night). If you do not think Silva has incredible skill then there is something wrong with you.
