DLH was top 20 P4p when Pac beat him to pulp. Pac hasn't fought anybody at 140 before hatton fight. He takes hatton at 140 on his 1st fight there & beat up the best 140 pounder like a bum.

Did you see my Pac-DLH predictions? I based my prediction after watching a Prime DLH with Quartey. So my answer will be YES Pac beats DLH even in his Prime.
