If Khan wants any respect and credibility, the last thing he should be doing is avoiding fighters like Maidana. If Khan outboxes Maidana his standing would rise dramatically; and with Roach in his corner he should be capable of doing so. If he blatantly avoids Maidana, then he would lose all credibility as a "world champion".
I have no problem with Khan fighting his mandatory first, but after that he should fight Maidana.Last edited by Dave Rado; 08-08-2009, 01:28 PM.Comment

Hi lest26the reality is Warren is not letting Khan get in the ring with a fighter, he has just dodged an entire division of class and talent to go for the worst champion in the world ever, and thet were Khans words, Khan aint gona fight Bradley coz he would kill Khan, the suggestion of him fighting Hatton was clever too because warren knew Hatton would say he wanted to promote it, people saying he aint ready to fight a puncher yet should be asking what the hell he is doing with World title, Bradley is young and talented and ready for anyone and has had much tougher tests already, Khan is a manufactored world champion cash cow
Do you intend to pay up on our bet?Comment

I don't know if i am overrating Bradley, he is a REAL "Desert Storm", he has will, proved chin, throws a lot of punches and is very slick
He also has a very good accidental headbutt!
Amir Khan is also a good fighter, but i don't see he doing well against the "Desert Storm".Comment

I was thinking the same thing. I think Bradley just overwhelms him and puts too much pressure on khan for him to handle. Maybe in a few years with a little more polish it would be close.I don't know if i am overrating Bradley, he is a REAL "Desert Storm", he has will, proved chin, throws a lot of punches and is very slick
