      Vasquez is an inactive fighter. He's been out 18 months. Why would you include a fighter who doesn't even fight? When he's back from his injury then you put him on. I'm assuming that is why you didn't include Margarito. Also, Saul Alvarez has done absolutely nothing to be ranked ahead of Angulo or DeMarco.

      I also take issue with including Andrade. He is as much of an American as he is a Mexican. He moved here when he was a little kid, was raised here, and has never as much fought a single fight in Mexico. He's fought more fights in Canada and Denmark than he has in Mexico. He was born in Mexico though so I guess if you want to stick to that archaic principle then go right ahead. I REALLY don't understand the Ortiz discussion. He is an American kid tried and true. What makes him Mexican at all?

            No one should rank inactive fighters in any sort of rankings. When they fight, they get back in.

            And yes, the very top guys at 168 are European. He only started fighting them in his last few fights though so that doesn't hold up.

              the guy was born in mexico. he's a mexican fighter.
