Sergio Martinez Ready To Fight Paul Williams on October 3

Sergio Martinez is too boastful in the ring to tangle with the work rate
of Paul Williams. Martinez keeps his hands too low and starts off
slow. I think Martinez is a good boxer but I would go with Williams
as the favorite to win. But I give Martinez respect for wanting to get
it on with Paul.

These 2 fights would be great,at least I now know that the Punisher will be fighting someone,this is great for boxing,probably on hbo,both fights will have good action,both quality opponents!!Plus with either fighter on the Punishers resume,the excuses as to why he isn't any good will start to lose merit!!

If Quintana schooled P-Will the way he did, just imagine what a much better, more skilled, higher stamina, and craftier fighter in Martinez will do. I got Martinez another school session a la Quintana and if Santos ever fights P-Will I got him owning P-Will all day, every day.

Good Pwill got this to fall back on. I'd rather see him go to 154 than 160, but he can sill do it after the Pavlik fight, win or lose.

Martinez should try to get a fight with Mosley since Berto is pricing himself out. I wonder if he can make 147.

Pavlik would far be an easier fight for Willy than Martinez. I want to see Willy put it DOWN on Pavlik and I know he'd get more exposure that way, but I've also been wanting to see Williams/Martinez because I know Martinez can give him LOTS of trouble with his agility and boxing ability. His jab has some nice pop to it too. I hope either of these fights pop off.
